About
For more than two decades, I have worked with women who were told some version of the same sentence:
"Everything looks normal."

Yet the women sitting across from me knew something had changed.
Yet the women sitting across from me knew something had changed.
Their energy had shifted.
Their sleep was no longer restorative.
Their weight responded differently.
Their focus and resilience required far more effort than before.

Many of these women were high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and mothers, women who were incredibly capable in every area of life, yet found themselves without clear answers when it came to their own health.

What many people don’t know is that my work in this field became personal very early in my career.
After completing medical school, I found myself exhausted, overweight, and struggling with panic attacks. I was trained in health. I understood physiology. Yet none of the strategies I had learned were actually working for my own body.
So I began studying deeper.
I started looking at how stress physiology, hormone signaling, metabolic health, and nervous system regulation all interact. I began noticing patterns that were not being discussed in standard medical conversations, patterns that explained why so many women were struggling despite being told everything was "normal."
Over time, those observations evolved into a much broader framework for understanding women’s hormone health.
Through years of research, clinical observation, and working with thousands of women, I developed what is now known as The Crawford Hormone Revival Method, an approach that focuses not just on hormones themselves, but on the biological systems that determine how those hormones are produced, regulated, and restored.
Today, I help women across the country regain energy, clarity, and stability in their bodies. But at the heart of everything I do is one belief:
Women deserve to understand what is happening in their bodies and to have a clear path forward.

My Philosophy & Mission
My Philosophy & Mission
My work is built on a belief that I have seen confirmed thousands of times:
Women’s bodies are not failing, they are adapting.
What many women experience in midlife is not a mysterious decline. It is often a shift in how the body regulates stress, recovery, and hormone production. When those systems become overwhelmed or dysregulated, symptoms begin to appear.
Unfortunately, most conventional approaches focus on managing symptoms rather than understanding the systems driving them.
My philosophy centers around three key principles.
First, the body functions as an integrated system.
Hormones do not operate in isolation. Stress physiology, metabolic signaling, neurological regulation, and lifestyle pressures all influence how hormones are produced and how the body responds to them.
Second, patterns matter more than single data points.
Many women are told their lab results are normal, yet their lived experience tells a different story. Understanding patterns over time often reveals what isolated numbers cannot.
Third, restoration is possible.
My goal is not simply to help women manage symptoms indefinitely. My goal is to help them restore resilience, stability, and confidence in how their bodies function. Because when a woman feels strong, steady, and reliable in her own body, everything in her life changes.
The result? Women reclaim agency over their health, understand the signals their bodies are sending, and build the kind of energy, clarity, and resilience that supports the lives they are here to lead.
My mission is to change the way women receive healthcare to level the playing field for women leaders.
My vision: a peaceful, sustainable, and compassionate world, which can only happen once half of all leaders are women

Everything’s Not Normal: The Empowered Woman’s Guide to Getting the Healthcare You Deserve

In Everything’s Not Normal, Dr. Iris Crawford explains the clinical realities of women’s hormone health in clear, practical language revealing why so many women are told their symptoms are “normal” even when their lives are being disrupted.
The book introduces readers to the biological systems that actually govern hormone balance, exposes the most common myths in women’s healthcare, and provides a framework that helps women understand what their bodies are trying to tell them.
For many readers, the most powerful realization is this:
Your body has not failed you, it has simply changed its operating rules.
Once women understand those rules, they can begin making informed decisions about their health, ask better questions of practitioners, and take the first steps toward feeling steady, predictable, and reliable in their bodies again.

Do I need to already be on hormone therapy?
No. Some women are, some aren’t.This session helps you understand what your body is doing, regardless of current supplements, medication or HRT, so any future decisions, including whether to use hormones, feel informed rather than uncertain.

Will you diagnose or prescribe treatment?
Will you diagnose or prescribe treatment?
This is an educational, strategy-focused consultation, not diagnosis or medical treatment. You’ll walk away with a phased plan consisting of detailed recommendations, including a comprehensive supplement and hormone regimen. The main goal is understanding and direction so you can make confident choices, either in partnership with us, or with your other providers.
What if my labs have always been “normal”?
What if my labs have always been “normal”?
That’s common. We’re not only looking for abnormalities, we’re identifying patterns, timing, and relationships that explain why you feel the way you do. We use advanced salivary testing, not outdated blood tests that tell you everything is “normal”.
I’ve already tried many things. Will this just be more suggestions?
I’ve already tried many things. Will this just be more suggestions?
No, we don’t do guesswork. We use your symptom and lab data, along with extensive experience in evidence-based natural approaches, and personalize it to your specific situation. You leave knowing what matters first, what can wait, and what may not apply to you at all.
Do I have to continue working with you afterward?
Do I have to continue working with you afterward?
No. This is a single clarity step. Some women choose additional support inside one of our signature programs, but there is no expectation or obligation
What if I’m overwhelmed right now?
What if I’m overwhelmed right now?
Then this is exactly when this helps most.
The purpose of this offering is to reduce overwhelm and confusion, not add more to your plate. Our clients feel an immense sense of relief once they have clarity and a plan in place.
